How do I sign up for Tv-Plug-In? When I click on the sign-up button nothing happens. I've reinstalled the software, problem still exists. Any help is appreciated.

The Tv-Plug-In isn't something you have to sign up for. I've downloaded and installed the application then started a live streaming from the Movies category and it started. The only downside is that it displays a lot of ads before and while you watch the streaming channels.
There is no signup button or notification for that matter. It's just a simple application that can be installed like anything else without further configuration.
The application is used to watch online TV channels that are streamed through various protocols. According to its official description, you can watch streams from various categories like: Entertainment, Music, TV SHows, Movies, Life, Kids, Sports, etc.
